Had a small accumulation of water in my bathroom and they acted immediately to ensure there was no mold growth. They inspected everything thoroughly, extracted walls to be proactive and ensure no growth of mold in dry wall, and dried everything in just a couple short days. Had it not been for them, we would not have known the proper steps needed to avoid mold growth with water damage. I had water damage from the upstairs bath to my 1st floor bathroom ceiling, walls, and baseboards. My insurance recommended 911 Restoration of Las Vegas. Tanner was my assigned project manager and walked me through the process. They built a containment around the affected areas and utilized negative pressure air filters/scrubbers while removing the damaged wood/dry wall. They sanitized and cleaned as we continued living in our home, hardly disturbing our routine. They had a 3rd party mold clearance testing performed and we felt confident things were handled appropriately. They completed the job prior to any insurance determination; however, Spencer(the owner)did not pressure any payment. They recommended a plumber to provide a better assessment of the source of water and ensure complete repair prior to reconstruction. We had a water leak on the garage ceiling and Vlad came out quickly to assess the situation. He scheduled for a part of the interior wall to be accessed and an assessment of the area to be done on the laundry room 2nd floor. It was determined our shower valve was leaking. We had our shower valve replaced through a different vendor recommended by Vlad. Once that was complete, Vlad got his guys back out quickly to complete the water remediation. The process was very smooth from start to finish. They were also able to install 3 fans and dehydrators to make sure the water dries up. His crews are very efficient and professional. It took them 3 days but they were fast and always on time. We had a very good experience with this company, he even refer us to a good drywall service from another vendor. Plus, he documented everything and send us a detailed report so we can deal with our insurance.
